Leadership
Mike knows what it takes to be successful in business. Success has followed him since his days growing up on a dairy farm outside Brainerd, Minnesota. The family farm won the statewide Quality Milk Award, which is based on the cleanliness of the operation. After finishing school, he ran his own commercial and residential painting company for 10 years. Operating strictly by reputation and word of mouth, he quickly became the top painting contractor in the area. In 1984, Mike was introduced to network marketing. In the following 20 years, he earned Top Distributor honors at three different companies. He developed success lines in excess of 250,000 distributors, and sat on a number of network marketing advisory boards. Mike brings to the table a thorough understanding of network marketing and the needs of distributors, especially those who want to build a business through network marketing. He believes that this industry provides the best way for a common person to reach financial freedom. Mike founded NatureRich and Fuel Direct after seeing his wife Sabrina, who had a heart attack a year earlier, choose to go the natural route verses surgery. She made the switch to a mineral rich diet and eliminated chemically laden personal care products in her home. Within two weeks her blood went from poor to near perfect, her energy returned and Mike had his wife back. Today Sabrina still is medication free and enjoying living the natural way. They shared their amazing story with their friends, and discovered a great opportunity in providing others with natural, quality products by founding NatureRich and Fuel Direct.
Randy Teinert, Chief Executive Officer for NatureRich and Fuel Direct, has been a member of the team since August 2008. Randy brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the business field. Randy comes from a wide variety of entrepreneur and senior management experience. Formally Vice President of IREA (Innovative Real Estate Acquisition), he held the executive position responsible for the five state sales division, a Minnesota based multimillion-dollar company. Randy also owned and operated a vending remanufacturing company that he established and built from the ground up. In the first year of business, he helped generate $1 million in sales! Prior to the selling of his vending remanufacturing company, Teinert was the Regional Director of Operations for Old Country Buffet Restaurants. Randy was responsible for the growth and development of five districts and over 100 managers in the upper Midwest, and he has extensive knowledge of financial, budgeting and forecasting. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, Randy attended University of Utah, where he studied for his Business Administration degree. He is also a graduate of Alexandria Technical College in Minnesota. Randy enjoys all winter sports, including skiing, snowmobiling and fishing. He moved to Minnesota in 1992 with his wife and oldest son, and welcomed two more sons to the family since then who also enjoy the snow. Randy’s current position as CEO utilizes his ability to develop good business relations with the NatureRich and Fuel Direct teams nationwide, and bring communication, systems and infrastructure to NatureRich and Fuel Direct. |
